Romance for 2011

Below are romantic movies for 2011. I’m busy updating some movies and I wanna share some interesting romance movies this year. I saw the previews and read the plot, actually previews are very attention-grabbing. 


NO STRINGS ATTACHED

Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher stars No Strings Attached directed by Ivan Reitman. 

Emma (Portman) and Adam (Kutcher) are longtime friends and decided to be FWBs, friends with benefits – in short sex friends, yay! Hmm, I think the two can’t handle the demands of a steady relationship. They try to keep their relationship physical yet no emotional attached to it. But they’ll realize soon that they need more than that.



FROM PRADA TO NADA

Two attractive latina sisters have been left flat broke after their father’s death due to heart attack. 

From riches to rags, they have no choice but to move with their aunt who resides in LA. Neither of the two is entirely happy with their new environment – both does not know how to speak Spanish – but the movie is full English, no worries. Good natured cast with some latino twist. This is nice, saw the trailer too.


JUST GO WITH IT

Another Adam Sandler rom-com movie with Jennifer Aniston. I'm a fan of Adam Sandler, he's such a witty guy. Danny (Adam Sandler) falls inlove with Palmer (Brooklyn Decker) who is much younger than him. He believes that Palmer is the girl of his dreams.

He will do anything just to win her heart - aww, just like 50 first date, but the twist is that he needs help from a Katherine (Jennifer Aniston), his assistant and his 2 lovely kids. 



RED RIDING HOOD

Amanda Seyfried plays Valerie, a girl who falls inlove with an orphaned woodcutter. 
Her family objects to the idea of such. The movie is directed by Catherine Hardwicke, the director of Twilight. I think, this is like part drama, part romance and part thrill, but the wiki says it was horror. 
This is produced by Leonardo De Caprio. A must see film, I'm looking forward to this movie. 


BEASTLY

Beastly is a modern story of " Beauty and the Beast" - yes, we all know the tale.
Alex Pettyfer will play as Kyle, a young handsome, wealthy and very arrogant man. He was put under a spell that transforms him into an ugly creature. Only true love will break him away from that spell.
The preview has some amazing yet terrifying special effects. To conclude this will bring plenty of life lessons, as it is.

    yes dai, nice au sila..e post man unta nak oang preiews nila kaso gikapui nako..haha! e try ug watch ang trailer :) wala pako copy kei ang uban dugai pa. Ako din dai, i missed it much :( lingaw au ta sauna.hahaiii

A chain of short stories about their distance.. A story about Takaki Tono and his close friend Akari Shinohara. The film consists of three episodes: Cherry Blossom, Cosmonaut, Byosoku 5 Centimeter. "The movie is named 5 Centimeters Per Second for the speed at which cherry blossom petals fall, petals being a metaphorical representation of humans, reminiscent of the slowness of life and how people often start together but slowly drift into their separate ways."   Episode 1: Cherry Blossom Takaki and Akari became close friends when Akari transfers from his school.
